Build Season days/times

Our build season kicks off in January, right after we return from Christmas break and last for 6 weeks. 

We will finish our build on Feb. 19, when we have to bag the robot and are not allowed to make any changes until the week of our competition.  During that week we will be allotted 6 hours to make any adjustments that we want, as long as it abides by the rules given in the manual.
